New Year, Do You

Everyone starts the new year with new hopes, dreams, and goals. A new year is a symbol of restart. You have 365 days to achieve anything you want!

We all hear the typical New Year’s Resolutions; lose weight & get in shape, eat healthier, save more and spend less, etc. According to Statista 71% of people want to diet, 65% want to exercise more, 54% want to lose weight & 32% want to save more & spend less. Of these resolutions made, 80% of them will fail by February.

I have set some amazing goals for myself for 2019 and this is the year that I will not become part of the 80% statistic!

  • Walk for 20 minutes daily
  • Feel amazing in my own skin
  • No more dishes left in the sink
  • No spend MONTHS every other month
  • Travel 2x more than 2018
  • Start a savings account
  • Build my business
  • Be the best me I can be

These are just some of the goals that I have for myself this year. I have always found for myself that when you break down bigger goals (ex. Get out of debt) down into smaller goals (ex. pay off Capital One then pay off Discover), the more likely the goal will be achieved.
